Former Citizen TV reporter Kendagor Obadiah is in trouble after a policewoman accused him of assault

- The woman said Obadiah later bragged that he was a renowned journalist and aspiring politician

Fired Citizen TV reporter Kendagor Obadiah is in trouble after a policewoman accused him of assaulting and abusing her.

Sonia Soni, an Administration Police officer, claimed the journalist attacked and abused her on Thursday, December 8.

The allegations by the policewoman, has generated anger from a section of Kenyans who called on the journalist to apologise.

The policewoman on Friday, December 9, posted on social media how Obadia who is also an aspiring MP abused and assaulted her.

The woman said the former Citizen TV political reporter also bragged that he was a renowned journalist and aspiring politician.

"This man namely kendagor Obadiah yesterday terribly assaulted me yesterday all in the name of he is a renown former journalist now aspiring to be a politician," she posted.

TUKO.co.ke spoke to Obadiah on the matter and he denied assaulting the woman.

Obadiah said the lady could have mistaken him with someone else.

"I did not assault any policewoman as i don't even know her maybe she has mistaken me with someone else," he said.
