Led by Majority leader Aden Dulae, the legislators on Wednesday, December 14 said Raila plans to take power through the backdoor with the help of foreign donors adding that the donors had given out billions of money to influence the outcome of the 2017 elections.

"Odinga and his foreign benefactors still view ICC as a useful instrument for regime change. He and his foreign masters aspire to take power through undemocratic means ,institutional sabotage and overthrowing the constitution," the MPS said.

The leaders were reacting to Raila's sentiments during the Wiper Party National Delegates meeting on Tuesday, December 12 in Nairobi where he said ICC should have jailed Uhuru and Ruto.

"We had known all along that Odinga was behind the ICC cases and now he has confirmed it. He was working with foreign masters to have them jailed," Duale said.

Both Uhuru and Ruto had been hauled before the court following the violence which rocked the country after the 2007 election.

Odinga also said ICC had pity on the due adding that Kenya would not withdraw from the ICC as insinuated by Uhuru.
