Early this year, billionaire Chris Kirubi hit the headlines after buying a sleek Mercedes-Maybach Benz and became the only person in the country with the car.
Well, that has now changed.
Chief Executive Officer of Africa’s number one Betting platform, SportPesa, Ronald Karauri has become the second person in the country with the same car.The CEO has bought the same car but with a slightly bigger engine capacity since for Kirubi’s is an S550 while his is an S600.
Kirubi's luxury car attracted major attention after it was parked at the DT Dobie workshop in Industrial area, Nairobi.
The vehicle is mostly used by heads of state in Europe.
